Base Class: Warlock
Some have a gift for business dealings that extend far beyond what is considered mundane. These few have dedicated their lives to the concept of commerce with the same intensity that some have dedicated their own to a demon, an angel, the fey, or some other otherworldly entity. In return for "selling their souls" to merchantry for prosperity and profit, they can manifest their zeal for the deal in genuine magic.

Appraisal
At 1st level, you gain proficiency in the Insight skill, if you do not have it already, or another skill of your choice if you do. You can use Insight to determine the value of any item you examine to an average buyer.
Additionally, you learn the Identify spell. It counts as a warlock spell for you, but it doesn't count against your number of spells known. You may also cast it as a ritual.
Magical Inventory
Starting at 1st level, your Patron grants you the ability to turn wealth into goods. During a short or long rest, you may sacrifice currency to your patron, up to a number of gold pieces equal to 5 times your warlock level multiplied by your proficiency bonus. If you do, this value is added to your Magical Inventory.
As an item interaction, you can reach into a pocket, pouch, or bag and produce any item whose value to an average buyer is equal to or less than the value currently invested in your Magical Inventory. The value of this item is then deducted from the total value of your Magical Inventory. This process cannot be reversed.
Tradecast
Starting at 6th level, you turn your natural thriftiness towards your pact magic. As a bonus action, you can break one of your warlock spell slots into smaller slots with an equal total spell level. For example, you can split a 3rd-level slot into three 1st-level slots, or one 1st-level slot and one 2nd-level slot.
Use Your Product
Beginning at 10th level, your patron can magically imbue you with the knowledge of how to use your wares. You can attune to any magic item requiring it, regardless of restrictions on race/class/alignment . You can also attune to mundane gear, suffusing it with your Commercial magic. While this does not grant any bonus on any rolls, mundane gear to which you are attuned is considered magical, for the purposes of overcoming damage resistance. Additionally, you are considered proficient with the use of any items to which you are attuned. You may still only attune to a total of three items, as normal.
Hagglemaster
Starting at 14th level, you have mastered the art and science of bargain hunting and upselling product. Any time you buy or sell something, you can roll a d10 and add your Charisma modifier. You gain a percent discount equal to the result if you are buying, and manage to upcharge by a percentage equal to the result if you are selling. This feature applies to adding and subtracting value to your Magical Inventory, as well.
