The way of the Steel Bull, by harnessing the prowess and toughness of a Bull. Your body hardens like a toughen hide increasing your base calculations to 12+int. In addition to adding you can choose to add you intelligence to your damage modifier instead of dexterity. The Strength of the Bull courses through your veins becoming proficient in athletics(INT) and Survival(INT)  

It's High Noon somewhere..

Once per turn you can expend a charge of High Noon to be able to score a critical hit on an enemy if your roll plus modifiers is 21 or higher. If a charge of High Noon is used and the target would be missed you can use your reaction to roll with advantage however a critical hit can not occur with this roll. 

The Steel Bull

Your body toughen like a Steel Bull. Your base armor becomes 12+INT armor can still be worn.

Now or Never

Once per short you can use a charge of High Noon to take an extra bonus action

Fast mind

Intelligence increases by 1 not going past 20

Headshot

Your aim becomes extremely deadly; when you score a critical hit your weapon damage becomes multiplied by three.

Bullets Rain

Your hands become the fastest in the west allowing you to shoot at an incredible speed. Once per long rest you can use two charges of High Noon to take three attack actions stacking with your rangers extra attack.
