Once per turn when you kill one or more creatures with a spell of 1st level or higher, you regain hit points equal to twice the spell’s level, or three times its level if the spell belongs to the School of Necromancy. You don’t gain this benefit for killing constructs or undead.

You add the animate dead spell to your spellbook if it is not there already. if it is, choose another 3rd-level spell and add it to your spellbook. The animate dead spell is always prepared but does not count against your prepared spells. Then you choose the a Necromancer path Quantity Over Quality or Quality over Quantity.

You can Sacrifice 3 Spell Points to have 2 skeletons become permanently under your command until they are destroyed.
While Permanent Skeletons are summoned the Spell Points are Sacrificed until, 2 Permanent Skeletons die and after a long rest. Short rest or Arcane Recovery does not regain Spell Points back even after 2 Permanent Skeletons die. When two Permanent Skeletons die you cannot use the Spell Points already Sacrificed for two skeletons
that are not permanent and will have to use Spell Points you currently still have available.
Whenever you create an undead using Animate Dead and make them Permanent Skeletons, they gain additional benefits:
The creature’s hit point maximum is increased by an amount equal to your wizard level.
The creature adds your proficiency bonus to its weapon attack rolls.

Many as One
You are Intune with Death that your Many become one.
You can now give any and all Skeletons within 90 feet of you precise commands, mentally without using your bonus action. When you cast a spell with a range of touch, one of your Permanent Skeletons can deliver the spell as if it had cast the spell. Your Permanent Skeleton must be within 60 feet of you, and it must use its reaction to deliver the spell when you cast it. If the spell requires an attack roll, you use your attack modifier for the roll.
One as Many

When you cast a spell, one of your Skeleton Knights can deliver the spell as if it had cast the spell, but cannot concentrate on the spell. Your Skeleton Knights must be within 90 feet of you, and it must use its reaction to deliver the spell when you cast it. If the spell requires an attack roll, you use your attack modifier for the roll.

Avatar Of Death
You focus all of your power over Death into a single Skeleton Knight and give Death an avatar to bring all enemies into its embrace. Once per long rest, for one minute you can choose one Skeleton Knight to gain resistance to all damage, attack 4 times per Attack action, have advantage on all attacks, saving throws, and checks, and gain you spell casting modifier to their attack & damage rolls. As soon as this happens any and all other Skeleton Knights are unconscious for the duration of a Short Rest. Afterward the Skeleton Knight chosen is unconscious until re-summoned with a new Black Opal worth 1000GP times the Skeleton Knights Level.
Unleash the Horde
You imbue all of your power into all of your undead and then unleash them upon your enemies as one Undead Horde. Once per long rest you, for one minute you can imbue all of your undead to gain double their original health and attack twice per turn. During this time due the the Unleashed Horde mentality the undead cannot take precise commands and can only attack. All normal summoned undead immediately die after the one minute. All Permanent Skeletons are prone for the duration of a Short Rest.
