Base Class: Bard
Bards of the college of revolution seek to break the mold and inspire others through their ground breaking ideas. They try to free others of their sevitude and bonds, giving hope to the underdogs and the oppressed. These bards oftentimes amass a number of followers and lead them to shake the status quo together
Start The Fire
When you join the CoR at 3rd level, you are adept at motivating other to stop obeying their masters. You have advantage on persuasion check made to persuade a creature to stop obeying orders that they have been given Inspired by your words the creature may also be inclined to persuade others in this way and it also has advantage on any persuasion checks made to do so
Turn the Tide
also at third level, you teach others to bite back, a creature that has bardic inspiration dice form you can expend them when they hit a creature that has damaged them since the end of their last turn of combat to deal an additional 1d6 damage to it the extra damage increases to 2d6 at 5th level 4d6 at 10th and 7d6 at 15th
Break Your Chains
Your words of inspiration are potent enough to stop almost any detrimental effect. A creature under the effects of your counter charm also has advantage on saving throws against being affected by the blinded, deafened, paralyzed, poisoned, or restrained condition. additionally, at the end of your performance, it can repeat its saving throws against an effect that is currently afflicting it with the charmed or frightened conditions
Praxis
Your words can inspire even slaves to turn against their masters. As an action, you can give a brief inspirational speech. every creature within 30 feet of you that can hear you is friendly to you or persuaded to start the fire can then use their reaction to move up to their speed and attempt to make an attack towards a creature that they're hostile towards or that has given them orders in the last 24 hours Once you've used this feature you cant do so again until you finish a short or long rest.
