The inked skin of these warlocks seems to have its own life as it presents them with magical powers. At some point, you went through a ritual where your body was tattooed with mystical symbols attaching you to some unknown entity. You draw your powers from these lines on your body and every time you level up as a warlock, they expand a little and change shape to reflect you, them, and your relationship.

The tattoos cannot be removed by anything less than a wish spell and will remain in one form or another even if you are polymorphed or similar actual changes. Illusions can still be placed over them as this doesn’t actually remove the tattoo.

A Beautiful Pattern

Starting when you choose this patron at 1st level, you can see the wishes of others reflected in your tattoo. By spending an action to focus on  creature that you can see and that is within 60 feet, you gain a small symbol no larger than four by four inches, in your tattoo that represents the wish most current to them at that moment. The symbol disappears when you will it to or when you use this ability again. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all uses when you finish a short or long rest.

In addition, you may add your proficiency bonus when giving someone a tattoo.

Bond of Ink and Blood

By 6th level, you can touch a willing creature in order to give them a tattoo that links them to you. The creature must have an Intelligence of at least 5, the ritual takes one hour and requires inks worth 20 gp that the ritual consumes. The tattoo disappears if you perform this ritual again.

As long as you can see the one with your tattoo and their tattoo is exposed,, you are able cast spells as if you were at their location.

Lustful Lines

Starting at 10th level, your tattoo can be hypnotizing to those around you. As an action, you select no more creatures than your Proficiency bonus, who are within 60 feet of you, and who can see your tattoo. Those affected must Wisdom saving throws. On a failed roll, they are charmed by you for 10 minutes. They may repeat their saving throw if they suffer any damage. Once you use this ability you can not do so again until you finish a short or long rest.

Symbolic Marks

Once you reach 14th level, you can create a link with up to {{proficiency+modifier:cha}} number of creatures. You tattoo them using a specially prepared ink. The tattoo must be at least 2x2 inches. If you tattoo another person beyond your maximum, one of your previous links, your choice, fades.

As a bonus action, you can choose for the tattoo of any number of those inked to change into any shape you want. It will tickle slightly, letting the other know that there might be a message. You can do this even if the other is on a different plane.
