No greater honor gained in battle and life than following your bushido. You are a warrior of skill and tradition. Where Champions focus on raw strength and Battle masters focus in simple gimmicks, you have honed your skills of engagement to perfection.

Tachi

at 3rd level you can adjust in any situations you may face on the battlefield in form of different stances that can give you upperhand in the fray.

When unsheathing a  melee weapon, choose one of these three stances for gain its benefits, you may change your stance again during a fight by using your Bonus action. ( only works with melee weapons). The stance ends if you are paralyzed, unconscious or disarmed

Stances:

High stance: Gain + 2 to hit, you deal extra 1d4 of the weapons dmg on hit.

Mid stance: Gain + 1 to AC, if you are hit with a melee attack form a physical source, you are not unconscious or paralyzed and you are holding your weapon, roll a d4 and subtract the number from the damage.

Low stance: Gain 5 ft. of movement, you can take two reactions this turn as long as you remain in this stance.

 

High stance

Gain + 2 to hit, you deal extra 1d4 of the weapons dmg on hit.

Low stance

 Gain 5 ft. of movement, you can take two reactions this turn as long as you remain in this stance.

Mid stance

 Gain + 1 to AC, if you are hit with a melee attack form a fysical source and you are able to move and you are holding your weapon, roll a d4 and subtract the number from the dmg.

Kettō

Your hard work and dedication towards your Bushido has created an aura, that you can manipulate against an opponent. 

Starting at 7th level you can cast compelled duel  where the target creature automatically fails the save.

to other saves your Honour DC is 8 + profiency + Wisdom

you must finish a long rest before you can use this feature again.

 

 

 

 

Dai tachi

You have learned to hone your skills towards the perfection. 

Starting at 10th level, you cannot be disarmed as long as you are not unconscious or paralyzed. also your stances gains these improvements:

High stance: to hit is now + 3 , and your weapon deals extra d4 after every consecutive success on hits:  first hit 1d4, second hit 2d4, third hit 3d4

Mid stance: your AC bonus is + 2 and the dmg reduction is now a d8

Low stance: your movement is increased by 10 ft. and if you use any of your reactions to opportunity attack, the first attack has an advantage.

 

 

Meiyo

Your honor and iron will makes you to be able to take more beating and come back from where other warriors would fall.

Starting at 15th level, you can now use second wind twice per short rest and you can use second wind as a free action, but only once per round.

you also automatically get the full heal of the second wind without rolling the d10. You can also add your Wisdom modifier to the heal.

Kensei

You have achieved the most virtuous skill through dedication and hard work and you are considered to be a master and a legend of your field of war.

Starting at 18th level, you gain the following benefits to your Bushido abilities:

High Stance: to hit bonus is now + 4 and extra dmg die for attacks is d8

Mid stance: + 2 to AC and your dmg reduction die is d12 which you may roll the first roll of the round with advantage.

Low stance: 15 ft. of movement, when you use your reaction to make a opportunity attack, you may attack twice with that attack.

Additionally, when you use your bonus action to change stance, you may also do one melee weapon attack.

When you have the benefits from hunters mark in your duel, you have advantage on concentration checks for maintaining them.
