Base Class: Sorcerer
Those who come to inherit the power of the blood sorcery know that their family holds a dark and hidden secret. When one becomes a vampire, their bloodline becomes cursed with dark and vile magic that can surface generations later to form a blood sorcerer. Some use these powers for good and to try to attempt to use the gifts they receive to retroactively fix the evil that was spread, while others are corrupted by their bloodlust
Blood Vision
At 1st level, as a bonus action you can look at a creature within 100 feet of you and learn a creatures maximum hit point total and current hit point total. Additionally, for 1 minute you can see the creatures circulatory system through most barriers, but it is blocked by 1 foot of stone, 1 inch of common metal, a thin sheet of lead, or 3 feet of wood or dirt. You can see the creatures circulatory system through magical darkness and well as when the creature is invisible. If this ability is used on an undead or a construct the ability fails but you do gain the knowledge that the creature is an undead or construct. This ability can be used a number of times equal to your charisma modifier (minimum of 1) and you regain all expended uses after finishing a long rest.
Visionary's Curse
At 6th level, whenever you successfully hit a creature seen through your Blood Vision feature, you can reroll 1 damage die when calculating damage. After rerolling you must use the new roll. Additionally you gain the ability to influence the creature targeted by your Blood Vision. As a bonus action you can expend 1 sorcery point and force the affected creature to make a strength saving throw against your spell save DC. A creature can willingly fail the save. On a failure you influence the creatures body and move them 20 feet. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
Vampiric Essence
Starting at 6th level, your magic attempts to steal the life force of a target. Whenever you score a critical hit against a target, you can forgo the additional damage granted by the critical and instead heal a number of hit points equal to the damage dealt.
Exploitative Magic
At 14th level, your Blood Vision improves allowing you to see injuries and impurities within your target. A creature that you can see through your Blood Vision has disadvantage on all Strength saving throws against you. Additionally your attacks score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20 against the creature affected by your Blood Vision.
Blood Lust
At 18th level, whenever you kill a creature while it is affected by your Blood Vision feature, you regain 2 sorcery points.
