Base Class: Fighter
For some reason, Battlemasters can't grapple when they do their battlemastery things.
This is where you come in. Utilize a variety of techniques to disable enemies, deal heavy burst damage, and assert dominance.
By "a variety of techniques," I mean grappling. Also shoving! But mostly grappling.
Grappling Superiority Dice
Your superiority dice are d8s. At level 10 they become d10s, and at level 18 they become d12s. You have 4 superiority dice at level 3, and gain one more at levels 7 and 15.
You regain all of your expended superiority dice when you finish a short or long rest.
Suplex
Starting at 3rd level, when you successfully grapple a creature, you may deal bludgeoning damage to it equal to your superiority dice and immediately release it. You may also replace a weapon attack with this action if you have a creature grappled.
Grappling Maneuvers
When you take this subclass at level 3, you learn 3 of the following Grappling Maneuvers. You learn additional Grappling Maneuvers as you level up. You can use only one maneuver per attack/grapple. You can also use a Grapple Maneuver in place of an attack if you are already grappling the target. You learn two additional maneuvers of your choice at 7th, 10th, and 15th level, and each time you learn new maneuvers, you can also replace one maneuver you know with a different one. Unless otherwise specified, any damage dealt by these maneuvers is bludgeoning damage.
You have four superiority dice, which start as d8s, when you take this subclass. A superiority die is expended when you use it. You regain all of your expended superiority dice when you finish a short or long rest. You gain another superiority die at 7th level and one more at 15th level.
Bear Grasp
When you successfully grapple a creature, you may expend one superiority die to attempt to grapple another creature within 5 feet. If you successfully grapple the second creature, deal bludgeoning damage equal to your superiority die roll to both creatures. If not, only the first creature takes damage.
Bracing Grasp
When a creature moves within 5 feet of you, you may expend one superiority die to grapple or shove them as a reaction. If you succeed, they take bludgeoning damage equal to your superiority die roll.
Burial Shove
When you shove a creature prone, you may spend a superiority dice to attempt to bury it, dealing bludgeoning damage equal to your dice roll. You also force the target to make a Strength saving throw, and if it fails the save it becomes buried in the ground, restraining it. As an action, the restrained creature may make a Strength save to unbury itself.
Choking Grasp
When you successfully grapple a creature, you may expend a superiority die to begin choking it. As long as the creature remains grappled, you may deal bludgeoning damage equal to your superiority die as a bonus action each turn.
Countering Grasp
When a creature misses you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction and expend one superiority die to make a grapple check against the creature. If you successfully grapple it, you deal bludgeoning damage to the target equal to your superiority die roll.
Disarming Grasp
When you successfully grapple a creature, you can expend one superiority die to attempt to force it to drop one item of your choice that it's holding. You deal bludgeoning damage equal to your superiority die roll to the target, and the target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it drops the object you choose. The object lands at its feet.
Forceful Shove
When you make a successful Shove to move a creature, you may expend a superiority die to deal bludgeoning damage equal to your Superiority die to them and move them an additional 15 feet. If this moves them into another creature, the second creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or take equal damage.
Lunging Grasp
When you make a grapple or shove attack on your turn, you can expend one superiority die to increase your reach for that attack by 5 feet. If you hit, you deal bludgeoning damage equal to the superiority die roll to the target.
Menacing Grasp
When you successfully grapple a creature, you can expend one superiority die to attempt to frighten the target. You deal bludgeoning damage equal to your superiority die roll, and the target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it is frightened of you until the end of your next turn.
Pinning Grasp
When you successfully grapple a creature, you may expend a superiority dice to deal bludgeoning damage equal to your superiority die to the target and inflict the Restrained condition upon it.
Serpentine Grasp
When you attempt to grapple a creature, you may expend a superiority die to add the superiority die roll to your grapple check. If the grapple is successful, you deal damage to the target equal to your superiority die roll.
Shielding Grasp
When you successfully grapple a creature, you may expend a superiority dice to use it as a shield. As long as that creature remains grappled, whenever you are hit by an attack, you may use your reaction to block it with your new "shield," giving yourself +2 AC against that attack. If this causes the attack to miss, it hits the grappled creature instead.
Striking Grasp
You may expend a superiority die to make a melee weapon attack; if it hits, you add the superiority dice roll to the weapon's attack roll and inflict the Grappled condition on the target. If the target was more than 5 feet away, they are moved to a point you choose within 5 feet of you.
Tearing Grasp
If you successfully grapple a target that is being grappled by someone else, you may expend a superiority die and deal bludgeoning damage equal to your superiority dice to the target as you painfully pull at their limbs. As long as the target remains grappled by at least 2 people, you may deal this damage again instead of making a weapon attack during your turn, and the target is also restrained.
Tripping Shove
When you successfully shove a creature, you may spend a superiority dice to deal bludgeoning damage equal to your dice roll and force it to go prone. In addition, it can't take reactions until the start of your next turn.
Yeeting Grasp
When you successfully grapple a creature, you may expend a superiority die to use it as an improvised thrown weapon with a range of 30 feet. You have proficiency with this "weapon," which deals bludgeoning damage equal to your superiority dice to both the wielded and struck creatures.
Extremely Firm Handshake
Starting at 7th level, you have advantage on Intimidation checks for one hour against anyone you shake the hand of.
Peerless Athlete
Also starting at 7th level, you have expertise in Athletics, and you can spend a Superiority Dice to gain advantage on one Athletics check.
Improved Grapple Superiority
At level 10, your Superiority Dice become d10s. At level 18, they become d12s.
Steady Stance
Starting at 10th level, if you are subjected to an effect that would force you to move (ex thunder wave, shoves, etc.), you are moved only half the distance, rounded down.
Opportunist
Starting at 15th level, whenever you succeed on a Shove or Grapple check, you may make a melee weapon attack as a bonus action.
Master of Arms
Starting at 18th level, you can grapple as many creatures as you would like, even if you do not have a free hand. In addition, you can affect every creature grappled by you with Grappling Maneuvers, not just one.

Posted Sep 18, 2021Gladly! Go right on ahead!
This was one of my earlier creations, and as you can see it's pretty unpolished. I'd love to see your take on it - send it to me when it's finished!

Posted Sep 17, 2021I love this concept! Would you mind if I made my own version and tweaked a few things? I would absolutely credit you.
