Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

Spell seeker - Some rangers have a special foe they hunt, it can't be generalized by their race, what they eat or how they look, but more so than anything, it's what they do and how they do it. Spell Seekers are a special conclave that specializes in hunting spell casters of all kinds, but especially those who abuse their power and perverts reality to their bidding.

Spell Seeker

Starting at 3rd level, your commitment to learn of those who would abuse magic has been returned with the power to find them, and hurt them. Whenever a spell is cast within 30ft of you, you are aware of it, if the casting isn't obvious you are unable to detect where it took place, only that it did take place.

Warded Hunter

You have become accustomed to fighting and dealing with magic casters would normally use against you. At 7th level you have advantage on saving throws against magical effects.

Seekers Mark

You have learned to use the enemies' tools against them, so they may never escape again. Once per turn, when you hit wit an attack you can infuse the magic of a spell slot into your strike, the creature takes 1d8 force damage per slot level expended, and that creature becomes marked by you. While marked, you are always keenly aware of the creatures exact location & cannot gain the effect of being unseen by you. Additionally you are aware of anytime that creature casts spells while marked. This mark lasts until you or the creature dies, and only ends early if they are targeted by "remove curse" or "Greater restoration" or you mark another creature with this attack.

Spell Breaker

You have infused you weapon with the very essence of your power to break those that rely on magic. Starting at 3rd level, whenever you can see someone casting a spell within 30ft of you, you can use your reaction to make a weapon attack against them, on hit, the caster must succeed on a concentration check against your DC, on a failure thier casting fails to go off though their action is wasted

Bound Spell

Starting at 15th level, whenever a caster fails the concentration check for your spell breaker feature, the slot is expanded and they are unable to cast that same spell again until they take a rest or are targeted by Remove Curse/ Greater Restoration.
