The Ravening Path

Barbarians who travel along The Ravening Path are acolytes of the Hungry One and are both consumed and strengthened by it. 

Those who choose this path risk being outcast or labled a heretic.

Ravenous Rage

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, when you rage you become a conduit to the Hungry One. At the end of every turn that you are raging you take 1d4 necrotic damage. While raging you are resistant to healing effects and gain +1 to hit. While raging you deal an additional 1d4 necrotic damage (doubled on critical hits) on all attacks and gain that many temporary hit points. Temporary hit points gained in this fashion stack. As you progress down this path your connection with the Hungry One grows, at 6th level you take 2d4 necrotic damage per turn and deal 2d4 necrotic damage on attacks, at 10th 3d4, and at 14th 4d4.

The Greatest Seasoning

Beginning at 6th level your walking speed is increased by 10 feet and your attacks ignore physical and necrotic damage resistance.

Hunger Strike

Beginning at 10th level, when you are raging you can use your move action to traverse through the Hungry One’s realm. You can teleport anywhere within line of sight with a range equal to your walking speed and take 1d4 necrotic damage for every 10 feet teleported in this fashion. Any creature that traverses the Hungry One’s realm with you takes 1d8 necrotic damage for every 10 feet it travels. After using Hunger Strike you may use a bonus action to make a melee attack.

Feast or Famine

Starting at 14th level, when raging your critical hit range for melee attacks is 18-20 and your critical failure range is 1-10. On a critical failure you take 4d4 necrotic damage. On a critical hit your target must make a constitution saving (DC equal to 10 + your proficiency bonus + your strength modifier) or suffer 1 level of exhaustion.
