Burhweard (Urban Ranger)

Not all that threatens the forest comes from the wildlands.  The Urban Ranger deals more with brigands, goblin and orc raids, and helping keep farms free of vermin, then their counter parts. Like the forest rangers the urban ranger generally lives in a cabin near or in the woods away from the communities they patrol. Also like their forest counterparts they have a tendency to hold grudges and make it a point to deal with those they hunt whenever they cross paths.

Home territory

At 3rd level you gain one o f the following features

Persuasion: The ranger gains proficiency in the persuasion skill, or expert if already proficient, and has advantage if in their Home Territory.

Home Terrain: The ranger can take its Home Area as a free favored terrain 

Detect Enemy:  The ranger is able to make an insight roll (DC 15) if successful they will be able to sense that a being is in his area, within a quarter mile, doubled in favored terrain, means either his community or himself harm.

At 11th level you gain one of the following

Volley: You can use your action to make a ranged att against any muber of creatures within 10' of a point you can see within your weapon's range.  You must make a seperate attack roll for each target.

Wall of Blades: You gain the blade barrier spell as an SLA

Champion of the land

At 15th level you gain one of the following features

Uncanny Dodge: When an attacker that you can see hits you with an  attack, you can use your reaction to halve the attacker's damage again you.

Deadly shot: You are at advantage when attacking with your bow.

Spacial Awareness: On a successful perception roll you able to know the location of hidden or invisible creatures (while in your favored terrain)
