Hired Hand

After years of being hired by all walks of life, though most often hired by people of wealth and status that need things done off the books, you've discovered how to shake every last piece of gold out of those who hire you. Hired hands are often known for their efficiency and speed at completing that which they are paid to do.

Shake Down

Starting at 3rd level, when someone offers you gold for a service you have advantage on intimidation and persuasion checks when trying to negotiate for higher pay.

Know Your Mark

When you chose this archetype at 3rd level, once per combat you can use your bonus action to observe a creature. You gain advantage on attacks against this creature. If you attack this creature while it actively does not know where you are located you deal an additional 1d8 damage.

You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses after a long rest or half any time you gain at least 100gp for a service you have provided a non-party member.

When you reach certain levels in this class, the damage provided by this feature increases: at 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).

See it Through

Starting at 9th level, if you are trying to track any creature affected by Know Your Mark you can expend two uses of Know Your Mark to immediately know the location of the target.

Party Quest

By 13th level when you use Know Your Mark up to two other friendly creatures within 30 feet of you gain the benefits of that feature. You can only use this feature once per short rest

In the Zone

When you reach 17th level, if there is a creature affected by your Know Your Mark feature and you are within 60 ft of them if they attack someone other than you, you can use your reaction to hide and move up to 15 feet. If you use this feature no matter how well you hide the person who is affected by Know Your Mark becomes oblivious of your location.
