Storm go BZZZZZ

Storm Savant

When you deal lightning or thunder damage to a creature, you add your intelligence to the damage.

Call of the Storm

You can cast Storm of Vengeance once a day, as a wizard spell, with a duration of 10 minutes. if there is already a storm present, this spell does not require concentration. While the spell is active, you giant a flying speed of 60 feet, and your AC increases by 2, as lightning crackles around you. If you have a fly speed already, this instead increases it by 30 feet. After the 10th round the spell is active, creatures in the storm no longer take damage from the spell, although the effects of heavy rains and severe storms still occur. While the spell is active, you can use your bonus action to call a bolt of lightning to strike a creature you can see. Make a ranged spell attack, and on a hit deal 3d10 lightning damage.

Controlled Storm

You gain resistance to lightning and thunder damage, and learn to speak, read and write primordial.
When you cast a spell that would deal thunder damage, you can choose a number of creatures equal to your intelligence modifier to be unaffected by the spell. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.

Lightning Caller

You learn the call lightning spell, and it is a wizard spell for you.
When you cause lightning to strike down with this spell, you can choose to call down a number of strikes equal to your intelligence modifier, and can make attack rolls instead of forcing the creatures to make dexterity saves. When you make an attack with call lightning in this way, it only targets the creature and not the normal 5 foot radius. You can only cause this to happen once per short or long rest.

Power of the Storm

You gain immunity to thunder and lightning damage.
As an action, you can call storm clouds and lightning to gather around your legs, giving you a fly speed of 30 feet. If you already have a fly speed, this instead increases it by 10 feet. This benefit lasts for 10 minutes, or until dismissed as a bonus action.
