Metamages excell at manipulating magic, and at higher levels can even twist the magic of other spellcasters.
Font of Metamagic
At 1st level, you gain the ability to tap into a deep wellspring of magic that you can manipulate to suit your needs. You have 3 sorcery points and access to all metamagic options. You gain 1 sorcery point per sorcerer level, then also 2 extra sorcery points at 3rd, 10th, and 17th level.
Enhanced Metamagic
At 6th level, you have played with and twisted your magic so much you are able to use two different metamagics on one spell you cast. (No double twin, no extending twice, etc.)
Weavemaster
You are able to manipulate the weave of magic so that you twist a spell another creature (who is within 60 feet of you, regardless of whether you can hear or see them) casts with 1 metamagic option as a reaction. You do not not need to hear or see another creature casting a spell to react because you feel it through the weave as long as it is within 60 feet of you.
Metamagic Master
You are now able to manipulate a spell that another creature (who is within 60 feet of you, regardless of whether you can hear or see them) casts with 2 different metamagic options as a reaction. You also can twist one of your spells with 3 different metamagics. (No triple twinning or triple extending, etc.)
