Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

Some rangers cast aside their affinity to nature, and instead use their skills to hunt down those with a price on their heads. Once a target is chosen, they very rarely escape the wrath of a Bounty Hunter alive.

Sworn Foe

You may mark one creature you have seen in the last 24 hours as your "Sworn Foe" as a bonus action. Until the target dies, you deal an extra 1d6 damage to the it whenever you hit it with a weapon Attack. Additionally you have advantage on spell saving throws against the target and know its exact location while it is within 5 miles of you. You may end this effect early at will.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

This extra damage increases by 1d6 at 5th level, 11th level and 17th level.

Job Satisfaction

At 7th level, Whenever a Sworn Foe is reduced to 0 hitpoints, you gain temporary hitpoints equal to 2d6+ your wisdom modifier and 10GP.

Unrelenting Hunt

At 11th level, when you are reduced to 0 hitpoints you may make a weapon attack with advantage against a creature within range before being downed. You regain hitpoints equal to the damage dealt. If this attack is made against a Sworn Foe it automatically hits.

You may use this feature once per long rest.

Thrill of the Hunt

At 15th level, you may have up to 3 Sworn Foes and if a creature targets you with a weapon attack you may use your reaction to make them a Sworn Foe. Additionally, weapon attacks against Sworn Foes score a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.
