Base Class: Bard
To Bards of the College of Cuisine, food isn't just sustenance. It's an art. Whether they cook in the fanciest keeps, a quaint inn in a small town, or in the messhall of a great army, these chefs create masterpieces of cuisine that inspire, rejuvenate, and of course sate hunger.
Good chefs are always welcome in taverns and kitchens, especially if they can make the cooking into a show of its own. These Bards will not only impress with the food itself, but also with their skills in the kitchen. Juggling knives and utensils while keeping several pots going at once is no challenge to a member of the College of Cuisine.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of Cuisine at 3rd level you gain proficiency with Cook's Utensils, as well as your choice between Survival or Nature.
Additionally you have advantage on checks made to determine if food or drink has been poisoned, and you can add your proficiency bonus to the attack and damage rolls of any Improvised Weapons that use items typically found in a kitchen.
Nature
You gain proficiency in Nature.
Suvival
You gain proficiency in Survival.
Good Food, Better Company
Also at 3rd level, the food you cook is infused with magic to resonate with your words and bolster your allies' resolve, and help them resist certain afflictions that would otherwise hinder them. A creature that you have given one of your Bardic Inspiration die to can expend and roll it as a bonus action to gain a number of temporary hit points equal to the number rolled + your Charisma modifier. Alternatively as a bonus action they can expend the die to remove one level of exhaustion, or a poisoned condition afflicting them.
Experimental Cuisine
Starting at 6th level, whenever you finish a long rest, you can experiment with different ingredients to produce a number of magical treats up to half your proficiency bonus (rounded up). For each magical treat you make, roll on the Culinary Magic table to determine the effect it has, which takes effect when consumed. As an action a creature can eat a magical treat or feed it to an incapacitated creature;
Creating a magical treat requires you to have cook's utensils on your person, and any magical treat you create with this feature lasts until it is consumed or until the end of your next long rest. Consuming a magical treat also provides the benefits of consuming a day's worth of rations.

Banquet of the Gods
Starting at 14th level, you have reached the pinnacle of the culinary arts. You gain the ability to cast the Heroes' Feast spell without requiring material components, using your Cook's Utensils. When the spell is cast in this way, it only lasts a number of hours equal to your Charisma modifier and each creature that partakes gains a random *magical treat* that they can consume at any point while the spell's effect lasts, after which the magic fades.
Additionally while under the effect of the Heroes' Feast, when cast in this way, or one of your *magical treats* a creature can double the value of the Bardic Inspiration die when rolling as part of your Good Food, Better Company feature to gain temporary hit points.
Once you cast the spell in this way you cannot do so again until you complete long rest.
