Warleaders are commanders, bravely charging into battle among their troops. Their training focuses on battling alongside allies, whether fellow adventurers or soldiers under their charge. Warleaders serve under many different masters, sometimes even overseeing their own organizations.

Strength in Numbers

Beginning when you choose this archetype at 3rd level, once per turn, you can deal an extra 1d4 damage to a creature you hit with a weapon attack if that creature is within 5 feet of an ally of yours that isn't incapacitated. 

The damage increases to a d6 when you reach 5th level, to a d8 when you reach 11th level, and to a d10 when you reach 17th level. 

Deflection

Starting at 7th level, when you are holding a melee weapon, you can use your reaction to give yourself or any creature within 5 feet of you a bonus to their Armor Class equal to your Dexterity modifier. The bonus lasts until the start of your next turn.

Warrior's Command

At 10th level, you can use an bonus action to issue orders or warnings to your allies for 1 minute. For the duration, whenever a nonhostile creature you can see within 30 feet of you makes an attack roll or saving throw, the creature can add a d4 for to its roll provided it can hear and understand you. A creature can only benefit from one such bonus at a time. This feature ends early if you are incapacitated.

Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest. 

Avenging Blow

Starting at 15th level, as a reaction, whenever a hostile creature causes a creature friendly to you to drop to 0 hit points while within 30 feet of you, you may move up to your movement speed and make a melee weapon attack.

Guiding Blade

Starting at 18th level, you can help your allies make accurate attacks. While you are not incapacitated, creatures friendly to you within 10 feet of you gain a bonus to attack rolls equal to your Dexterity modifier.
