Base Class: Ranger
Eusocialists take advantage of one of the most natural inclinations that surviving creatures have - working together. This inclination is buried deep in evolved humanoids and to evoke this requires a foray deep into the minds of humanoids. Eusocialists view the override of individuality as a necessary sacrifice for community. After all, it is only natural to use the most successful eusociety, the illithid, as an example.
Eusocialist Magic
Starting at 3rd level, you learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the Dominator Spells table. The spell counts as a ranger spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of ranger spells you know.

Drain Foe
At 3rd level, you can steal the will of your enemies and convert it into vitality for the collective. As an action, you can force a grappled humanoid to make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 1d8 necrotic damage and you gain temporary hit points equal to double the result.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (a minimum of once). You regain expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
Dominate Foe
Starting at 3rd level, when a humanoid fails its saving throw against your Drain Foe feature, you can choose to Dominate Foe instead. The humanoid is charmed and compelled to follow your instructions as if it were under the suggestion spell. Creatures that can't be Charmed are immune to this Effect.
A humanoid charmed this way is charmed for 10 minutes, after which the target becomes hostile and attacks you.

Shame Foe
By 7th level, you have honed your ability to inflict mind-altering powers on your prey. When a humanoid fails its saving throw against your Drain Foe feature, you can force the creature to make an additional charisma saving throw against a DC 12. On a failed save, the humanoid is frightened of you until its next long rest.
For the purpose of your Dominate Foe feature, the creature's CR is reduced by your wisdom modifier. This reduction can be applied multiple times. When a creature shamed more than once, they must roll on the following table to determine the effect of the shaming.
| d4 | Effect |
|---|---|
| 1 | The shamed humanoid rolls on the indefinite madness table. |
| 2 | The shamed humanoid rolls on the long-term madness table. |
| 3 | The shamed humanoid rolls on the short-term madness table. |
| 4 | The shaming has no additional effect. |
Recruit Foes
At level 11, You snuff out all resistance in your dominated foes and draw them into the collective. Humanoids effected by the Dominate Foe feature regard you with zealous reverence and follow any command you choose, short of an activity that would result in certain death. You can choose a two humanoids affected by your Dominate Foe feature. Those humanoids are charmed by you or until a remove curse, the charmed condition is removed from it, or you use this feature again.
Dominator's Sprint
At 15th level, your control over lesser minds becomes even more potent. Enemies effected by the Drain Foe feature are simultaneously effected by the Dominate foe feature.
