Algai'd'siswai or "Dancers of the Spear" in the Old Tongue, is the name given to Aiel warriors, to separate them from civilian Aiel such as Wise Ones, roofmistresses, children, and crafts people.

Algai'd'siswai usually wear light armor and arm themselves with one to four shortspears, a hide buckler, and a horn short bow. Aiel warriors are renowned for their stealth and fighting prowess, and make some of the finest scouts and special tactics squads in the world.

Lightly Armored

Your movement speed increases by 10ft. at 3nd level, provided you only have light armor equipped.

This bonus increases by 5ft every four levels after that.

Dancing the Spears

The Aiel live and die by the spear. At level 3 add +1 to all attack and damage rolls made with a spear weapon.

At 12th level this becomes +2.

Remarkable Athlete

Beginning at 7th Level  you can access a great depth of energy.

You gain access to the Slow Fall feature, allowing you to reduce your fall damage equal to five times your fighter level.

Additional Fighting Style

Beginning at 10th level, you may choose a second option from the Fighting Style class feature PHB page 72.

Threefold Land

From level 15 you move across non-magical difficult terrain without penalty.

A natural 19 also registers as a critical hit.

Fast Movement

From 18th level the Algai'd'siswai will always be first in the normal initiative order.

Surprise rounds are played before this takes effect.
