Base Class: Barbarian
The brawlers are strong willed persons, prefering to use their fists rather than actual weapons. It may not be the most interesting subclass gameplay wise, but we all love the manly characters beating monsters with nothing but a clenched fist. Feel free to suggest your ideas or versions of this subclass. There may already be versions of the brawler, but I am still new to the site.
The brawler can use his fists to fight in melee, just like the monk. However, he can also grapple them and his damage die is a bit higher. The dammage later becomes magical to still be useful. Contrary to the other barbarian subclasses, the exploration abilitiy is useful in a city landscape, to emphase the street fighting aspect.
Hard hitter
Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, your fists deal damage equal to 1d6 + strengh, if you rage, you can add the bonus dammage as if you were using weapons. If you use the attack action without having any weapon nor shield, you can make a single melee attack as a bonus action or use try to grapple.
The dammage die of your unarmed strike becomes 1d8 at level 10 and 1d10 at level 17.
Street knowledge
At level 6, you are used to street fighting and living in cities. When you do a long rest in a city, you can navigate it as if you had a map and can't be lost except by magic means.
In addition, when you are in rage, your unarmed strikes are counted as being magical against resistance from normal attacks.
School of hard knocks
At level 11, you gain resistance to psychic dammage and gain advantage on saving throws to resist being knocked prone or stunned.
Firm grip
At level 14, when an enemy creature within 5 feet or less moves or attack an ally creature, you can use your reaction to try to grapple him. If you succeed, the creature takes dammage equal to your unarmed strikes.
