Base Class: Rogue
There are always some people who have all the luck, and then there are those who are chosen by luck. A luck thief as they are known, are often the chosen champions of gods of chaos or gods of chance. Some of them are even feytouched. Regardless of their origin, they all have one thing in common: they are all unbelievably lucky. Luck thieves however, know that luck is like a wave and you have to ride it out and they appreciate the highs and lows of luck better than anyone.
The luck of a luck thief, while usually granted by something outside of it's own unusually high luck, has to get their luck from somewhere, and it seems that somewhere is those around it. Often, those who become friends with a luck thief notice they suddenly start having a large streak of bad luck while they meanwhile watch their friend has is incredibly good. This typically results in the luck thieves finding themselves with a lack of any type of friends.
Fortune's Friend
At 3rd level, you have learned to sway luck, hopefully in your favor. Twice per day, either when you make a roll or are subject to a roll, you can make a second roll and you get to choose the result. Uses of this feature reset daily at dawn and the number of uses increases as you level up, increasing to 3 at the 9th level, and again to 4 at the 15th level.
Cheat Luck
You have learned to draw on tomorrow's highs to help with today's lows. Starting at 9th level, you are able to pull from tomorrow's pool of Fortune's Friend to give you more rerolls today. For every one use of Fortune's Friend you use today, you lose double that amount tomorrow. If you no longer have any uses tomorrow or if there is an uneven number (e.g. you have 3 tomorrow, you use one, and you now have 1 tomorrow) you cannot use this feature.
Luck Siphon
Starting at the 13th level, you are able to take the luck from others. As an action, you can choose a creature within 30ft of you and siphon some of their luck for your own. You have +3 on your next non-damaging roll and the creature has -3 on their next non-damaging roll. This effect does not stack with itself, and can be used 3 times per long rest.
Luck's Champion
Once per day, starting at the 17th level, you can call upon the favor of whatever granted you your luck and twist fate to your advantage. When you make a saving throw, an attack roll, or an ability check, you can treat that roll as if it were a natural 20. Uses of this feature reset daily at dawn.
