Base Class: Rogue
Roarrus is a secluded theocracy of naga, some of the very few to be seen outside their borders are the agents of the "Slithering Whispers".
These agents are information gatherers but they are also formidable in combat, lending power from their goddess to fuel their strikes.
Light of Wadjet
Starting at 3rd level, you can cast the Guidance cantrip, using the bonus action granted by your Cunning Action. You may also perform one of the following additional tasks with it:
You can change the range of the spell from touch to 30 feet.
You can grant the spell’s bonus to the first damage roll the target makes, instead of an ability check roll.
Training of the Slithering Whispers
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain Proficiency with Religion and disguise kit.
Holy Smite
Starting at 9th level when you use your sneak attack damage successfully, the bonus damage can be done as radiant damage and the next attack against that enemy has advantage.
Divine Avatar
Starting at level 13 you can partially take on the form of the goddess or Roarrus, granting you the reflexes of a snake, you gain two extra arms, an extra snake like head and your lower limbs joining into a tail. While in this form you increase your movement speed on land by 10 feet, and you can use attempt a paralyzing bite with the snake head as your bonus action on each turn.The opponent must succeed a dc 15 constitution saving throw or become paralyzed, they can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turn or each time they take damage. You stay in this form for 10 minutes or until you end it as a bonus action. To use this feature again, you must finish a long rest
Wrath of Roarrus
Starting at level 17 your are so attuned to your goddess's will that your strikes sear through regular defenses. When you successfully use your sneak attack feature, any character with resistance to radiant damage is treated as not having resistance to radiant (normal damage) and anyone without resistance is treated as having weakness to radian.

Posted Jan 3, 2022Some cool stuff here, always a fan of Naga and/or Lamia fantasy, and this comfortably still feels like a Rogue sub-class. I am not familiar with Roarrus and neither is google, some more class details would be cool but I understand in the context of a homebrew campaign somewhere there is plenty of information.
Holy Smite Is the "next attack against that enemy has advantage" take effect after the sneak attack damage or is meant for a attack after your turn is complete?
Divine Avatar I think you meant to write "Goddess of Roarrus" Instead of "or" which happens to all of us. I'll ask how it is you take the form? An action or bonus action?
Wrath of Roarus Targeting one person with a sneak attack doesn't make that single target take the Wrath of Roarrus effects? If not so then I suggest specifying a radius and/or a number of targets and specifying that it targets everyone or just enemies. Also a duration should be added for the effect like "Until the end if their next turn" or "For one minute". Also add that T to radian at the end of the text.
