Monks of the Way of Immortality study different methods to extend their lifespan or even cheat death. They are often nomads that roam the world searching for it's forgotten secrets. Some monks might seek out immortal techniques so that they can have more time to pass on their knowledge. Others look for them in hopes of escaping the fear of death. 

Teachings of Power

3rd-level Way of Immortality feature

The teachings of immortality also boost your physical strength and capabilities. The amount of weight it takes to encumber you is doubled, and you can wield incredibly heavy objects that you normally wouldn't be able to. Additionally, when you use Flurry of Blows, the dexterity modifier that affects the attack is doubled for the strikes.

Your strength and dexterity automatically become a 12 if they were anything lower than that before.

Immortal Techniques

3rd-level Way of Immortality feature

As you learn the different techniques of immortality in the world you gain layers of protection that serve like a shield from death. You can use each of your immortal techniques once a day to ward off death. By using a immortal technique at 0 HP you are stabilized and regain hit points equal to your martial arts die + your Wisdom Modifier. You can use a immortal technique subconsciously.

You gain one immortal technique at level 3, and another at level 6, 11, and 17.

Teachings of Agility

6th-level Way of Immortality feature

In the teachings of agility your speed and ability to move around are heavily increased. The distance you can jump with a long jump or high jump is doubled, and your movement speed is increased by 5 feet. Not only does the teachings of agility increase your physical capabilities, but allows you to use your Ki for movement as well.

As a action you can use 2 Ki points to summon a small cloud that you can ride to fly. The cloud has a flying speed of 50ft, and can hold a maximum of 1 medium creature, 2 small creatures, or 3 tiny creatures. If you are not riding the cloud, then the cloud will no longer be able to fly after leaving your line of sight. After a minute of the cloud being up you will have to spend 1 Ki point to extend it's duration another minute, and this process must be repeated every minute. If you aren't in combat and are just traveling then you can focus and keep the cloud up for hours or days without using much Ki. Attacks at the cloud can disperse it if they spread the cloud apart such as Gust of Wind.

Teachings of the Body

11th-level Way of Immortality feature

The teachings of the Body boost your hardiness and constitution. Once you have learned the teachings of the body, you have the ability to extend your lifespan drastically. If you already have a long lifespan like a elf, then you can increase your lifespan up to 5 times its normal length. If you have a lifespan that is shorter like a human or grung, then you can increase your lifespan up to 1000 years. Additionally, if you lose a body part/limb, then you can take time to regenerate the part in full. The amount of time it takes to regenerate a body part is equal to 7 - Your Constitution Modifier days.

Your constitution automatically becomes a 14 if it was anything lower than that before.

Perfected Immortality

17th-level Way of Immortality feature 

Your different techniques and teachings you have learned so far lead up to you mastering the ways of an immortal. You now automatically pass all death saving throws. You now have mastered the techniques of cheating death, and so the only way to fully kill you is to completely destroy your body. As long as you have a single part of your body remaining you can fully regenerate your body. The time it takes to regenerate depends on how much you have to regenerate. Regenerating limbs can take days, but the time it takes to fully regenerate your body from almost nothing takes roughly a month to complete.

 

Immortal Mind

17th-level Way of Immortality feature 

Though your body may be immortal your mind is not, and you have trained it to withstand the pressure of immortality through meditation. Through this meditation you can safeguard your mind from outside attacks and keep yourself sane through even the strongest pain. Once per long rest you can start meditating, gaining advantage on INT, WIS, and CHA saving throws as well as gain immunity to psychic damage. The meditation requires concentration to maintain, except you can still cast spells that require concentration while meditating. While meditating if you remain motionless and make no attacks then you become completely immune to any spell or effect that affects your mind. This effect is activated automatically if you lose consciousness and start regenerating.
