Base Class: Blood Hunter (archived)
Blood Hunters who belong to the Order of the Planekeeper believe that the multiverse has a natural order. They also believe that order has been subverted. Fey walk the earth, devils and demons terrorize the innocent, and horrors from beyond reality work in darkness to further their own ends. The members of this order are sworn to defend the purity of the planes by hunting down those who are out of place and sending them back to where they belong.
Blood Curse of Banishment
When you join this order at 3rd level, you learn the Blood Curse of Banishment (detailed below). This does not count against your blood curses known.
Blood Curse of Banishment: As an action, you may attempt to send a creature back to its home plane. The creature must make a Charisma saving throw. The DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Wisdom modifier. On a failure, the creature is sent to its home plane for one minute, after which it returns to its previous location or the nearest unoccupied space. If the creature is native to the plane you are on, nothing happens.
Amplify. A banished creature does not return.
Astral Tether
Beginning at 7th level, your blood curses are able to affect a creature's very existence. Your blood curses can now affect elementals, as well as any other extra-planar creatures lacking blood.
Reality Warp
When you reach the 11th level, you have learned to briefly fold the fabric of the multiverse. As a bonus action, you may teleport up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.
You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1). You regain expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Relentless Purifier
Beginning at 15th level, you gain the ability to chase your prey across the multiverse. Once per long rest, you may cast Plane Shift without using a spell slot or material components. You may not use this casting to banish unwilling creatures.
Soul of the Multiverse
At 18th level, your soul has become so attuned to the multiverse that you can explore it at will. You may cast Astral Projection at will.
When you use this feature, you may only affect yourself. In addition, while on the Astral Plane, the tether connecting you to your material body cannot be cut. Your physical body can still be damaged.
