Base Class: Wizard
Amnesty wizards utilize both Abjuration magic (as expected) and Transmutation. Commonly, their goals are to ensure order and safety in their circles and throughout the realms.
Magician's Bulwark
Starting at 2nd level when you choose this school, you can opt to grant one creature a bonus to their armor class for 1 hour. This bonus is equal to half your intelligence bonus (minimum of 1). You can use this ability once per long rest.
Tactful Tampering
At 2nd level, you gain proficiency in one type of Artisan's tools. These tools can be used as a spell casting focus for you. Additionally, when you cast a transmutation spell of 1st level or higher, you gain temporary hit points equal to the level of spell cast + your proficiency bonus.
Transmogrifying Safeguard
Beginning at 6th level, whenever you kill a creature with a spell you can add your proficiency bonus to your, or another creature armor class for 1 minute, provided the creature is within 30 feet of you. Additionally, you can grant resistance to one of the following damage types for the same duration: Fire, Cold, Lightning, Poison, or Acid.
The duration increases to 10 minutes when you reach level 12.
Shapechanger
At 10th level, you add the Polymorph spell to your spellbook, if it is not there already. You can cast Polymorph without expending a spell slot. When you do so, you can target only yourself and transform into a beast whose challenge rating is 1 or lower.
Once you cast Polymorph in this way, you can't do so again until you finish a short or long rest, though you can still cast it normally using an available spell slot.
Amnesty's Arcanum
At 14th level, you learn 2 extra Abjuration or Transmutation spells that you have slots for. At the end of every long rest you can change these two spells into any other from the same school of magic, these spells are always prepared for you and you can cast 1 of them without expending a spell slot once per long rest.
