Bard
Base Class: Bard

Despite the title of their studies, bards of the College of Passion seek not the baser needs of some performers. Where some turn to drink and the company of strangers, these artists dedicate themselves to their craft and the powerful magic their art allows them to harness.

Chords of Flames

When you join the College of Passion at 3rd level, you gain the ability to conjure flame from your performances.

As an action, you may spend a Bardic Inspiration to have each creature in a 30-foot cone make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 2d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The fire ignites any flammable objects in the area that aren't being worn or carried.

The fire damage increases when you reach certain levels in this class, increasing to 3d6 at 5th level, 5d6 at 10th level, and 8d6 at 15th level.

Tones of the Four Elements

At 3rd level, you learn to channel the elements into your performances and aid your allies as they rest.

When you use your Song of Rest feature you may choose one of the following benefits to grant your allies:

Water. Any Hit Dice rolled this short rest may automatically be considered their maximum value.

Fire. You and your allies gains a Legendary Resistance token that can be used to automatically succeed on a saving throw. This token vanishes the next time its owner takes a short or long rest.

Wind. You and your allies get a +10 bonus to your next initiative roll.

Earth. You and your allies get a +2 bonus to AC. This effect lasts until the recipient is damaged by an attack or takes a short or long rest.

Extra Attack

Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.

Elemental Arrangement

At 14th level, your mastery of elemental weaving is perfected. Whenever you use the Chords of Flame feature, you may spend an additional Bardic Inspiration to have each creature make the saving throw with disadvantage and change the damage type to any type of your choice.

Also, when you use the Tones of the Four Elements feature during a short rest, you may choose up two benefits, instead of one.
