Base Class: Bard

Bards of the College of Progressive House seek to explore nuances and approaches to music that have yet to be developed by others. They are at the edge of alternative music and seek to create new sound that is hard but tuneful, banging but thoughtful, uplifting and trancy.

Crossfade

Starting at third level, you can create a burst of sound to bolster yourself and your allies. As a bonus action, by expending a use of your Bardic Inspiration, you and all allies within 30 feet of you gain one of the following effects:

-Their movement speed is doubled until the end of their next turn

-They regain hit points equal to the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration

Sonic Amplifier

At third level, you learn the thunderclap cantrip. When you cast it with this feature, it now only effects one creature and it's range increases to 120 feet.

Soundwave

Starting at third level, when you damage a creature with Thunderclap you can push it up to 10 feet away from you.

Wall Ride

When you choose this archetype at third level, you gain a climbing speed equal to you walking speed 

Amp It Up

At sixth level, you can raise the volume! When you use your Crossfade ability, you can boost it in one of the following ways:

-The movement speed boost lasts for one minute

-Everyone affected regain hit points equal to the number rolled at the start of each of their turns for one minute

Once this feature is used, you can't use it again until you finish a short or a long rest.

Sound Barrier

At 14th level, your music can emit protective waves. As an action, you and all allies within 60 feet of you, gain temporary hit points equal to your level times your charisma modifier. These temporary hit points last until the end of your next turn. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
