Base Class: Fighter
There are a few people in this world who find joy in killing, but when they do it makes the killer even more dangerous. A typical Blood Thirsty Fighter loves the site of blood and wants to make a legacy of their name. They draw their energy from striking fear in everyone around them, even if those victim won't survive for much longer. May the gods show mercy on anyone who is hunted by a Blood Thirsty.
Bloody Intent
Starting at 3rd level, whenever you deal damage greater or equal to your fighter level in a turn the victim temporary bleeds from the wound for 1d4 hit points.
Driven by Blood
When you’re at your 3rd level, your need to spill the blood of others is an overwhelming force and it makes you quick to go from one victim to another. When you successfully kill a target, it gives you advantage with 1 attack action on your next turn.
Murderous Intent
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you are proficient on Intimidation skill checks, or if you are already proficient in it you can double your proficiency score for the skill.
Ravishing Pain
Starting at 7th level, whenever you damage a creature you can use your reaction to cause the creature to make a wisdom saving throw against your attack save DC, if the target fails they become frightened and restrained. At the end of their turn they may try to overcome these affects, if they fail they take 1d6 psychic damage and the effects continue, if they succeed the effect ends.
Once you use this feature you cannot use it again until you finish a short rest.
Recycle
Upon reaching 7th level, when you reduce an enemies hit points to 0, you may recycle their life essence into temporary hit points. The amount of temporary hit points gained is 2d8+2. The maximum amount of temporary health you may accumulate with this ability is twice your Fighter level + your intimidation proficiency and unlike other sources of temporary hit points, points gained from this ability are additive.
Thriving on Fear
At the 10th level, if a Blood Thirsty is attacking a humanoid target, they gain the ability to discover the inner fear of their target. This ability is purely instinctive from their history in murdering countless people in the past. The fighter can then use this knowledge against their target, and if the target fails in a DC 14 Charisma (Intimidation) check the target is frightened for 1 minute.
The Legacy
Your reign of spilling the blood of the innocent (or of the evil) has plagued the nightmares of every person across the country. When you are at your 15th level, the first time an enemy sees you, if they are within 20ft of you they must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or become frightened of you for 1d4 rounds.

At your 18th level, you are consumed by the thirst. Nothing could hold you back. If you receive Slashing, Bludgeoning, Piercing, Fire, Cold, or Lightning damage that is 5 points or less that would result in you having 0 hit points, you instead have 1 hit point total.
