Warlock
Base Class: Warlock

The Raven Queen, the Matron of Death, watches over all souls in the mortal planes, anticipating every living beings death, ready to usher their souls to their final places. Every so often, she takes a shining to a particular soul, and returns it to life for reasons only known to her.  She communicates with her servants either through Visions, Dreams, Whispers, or more directly using one of her many ravens. The Queen is very active with her patrons, but not all warlocks are treated equal, and she often plays favorites to those who truly swear her fealty. The Queen rewards those she favors.

The Raven Queen uses her servants for two main purposes.  First, her faithful are bound to make sure that those who are supposed to die actually do, and often times they are sent to end ones life that have escaped death without the Queen's blessing.  Secondly, The Matron of Death has an undying hatred for the Undead, especially Intelligent Undead like Liches,  and she expects her followers to strike them down or die trying. The Raven Queen demands a great deal, but offers unfathomable knowledge and power.  She is not a patron to embrace half-heartedly or casually.  Once a pact is struck with The Matron, it is for life, one way or another.

Raven Companion

Starting at 1st level, you gain the service of a spirit sent by the Raven Queen to watch over you. The spirit assumes the form and game statistics of a raven, and it always obeys your commands, which you can give telepathically while it is within 100 feet of you.

While the raven is perched on your shoulder, you gain darkvision with a range of 30 feet and a bonus to your passive Wisdom (Perception) score and to Wisdom (Perception) checks. The bonus equals your Charisma modifier. While perched on your shoulder, the raven can’t be targeted by any attack or other harmful effect; only you can cast spells on it; it can’t take damage; and it is incapacitated.

You can see through the raven’s eyes and hear what it hears while it is within 100 feet of you. In combat, you roll initiative for the raven and control how it acts. If it is slain by a creature, you gain advantage on all attack rolls against the killer for the next 24 hours.

The raven doesn’t require sleep. While it is within 100 feet of you, it can awaken you from sleep as a bonus action.

The raven vanishes when it dies, if you die, or if the two of you are separated by more than 5 miles.

At the end of a short or long rest, you can call the raven back to you—no matter where it is or whether it died—and it reappears within 5 feet of you.

Twist of Fate

Starting at 1st level, the Raven Queen allows her disciples to tweak the destiny of individuals so long as it suits her goals. As a reaction, you can force an enemy or ally (but not yourself) you can see within 60 feet to reroll an ability check, attack roll, or saving throw after seeing the die roll but before the result is declared. They must use their new result.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Blessings of the Soulless

The Raven Queen welcomes the faithful into her embrace, and has taken a piece of your soul to her bosom. Beginning at 10th level, you can hold your breathe indefinitely and no longer require food, water, or sleep, although you still require rest to reduce exhaustion and still benefit from finishing short and long rests. You are, however, immune to any spells which cause you to sleep.

In addition, you age at a slower rate. For every 10 years that pass, your body ages only 1 year, and you are immune to being magically aged.

Chosen of the Raven Queen

Starting at 10th level, you have proven your worth to the Raven Queen and she invests more of her power (and the power of the Shadowfell) into you. You gain resistance to cold and necrotic damage, and advantage on all saves against being frightened. Once per turn when you deal cold or necrotic damage, you may add your Charisma modifier to that damage.

A Queen's Murder

Starting at 14th level, when you hit a creature with an attack, you can use this feature to summon the Raven Queen's powers in the form of a great and terrible murder of ravens that completely obscures the target, rendering them incapacitated, unable to move or act.

At the end of your next turn, the murder disperses, and the target is revealed. If the target is not undead, it takes 10d12 psychic damage from the ravens tearing at its flesh and soul. This damage ignores resistances and immunities.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
