Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Harmony are particularly aware of the faint vibrations given off by the magic that suffuses the planes. These rhythms travel along the Weave, and a bard well-versed in their secrets can bend them to many purposes, from healing the wounds of their allies to sensing the presence of unnatural creatures
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of Harmony at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with the Arcana, Perception, and Performance skills.
Arcane Inspiration
Also at 3rd level, you gain the ability to turn your spell slots into uses of Bardic Inspiration. As a bonus action, you can expend one spell slot and regain one use of Bardic Inspiration. If the spell slots expended was higher than 1st level, add 1 to the number rolled on the resulting bardic inspiration die for each level of the slot above 1st. (i.e. a 1d6 bardic inspiration dice granted with a 3rd level spell slot would be a 1d6+2)
Echo
At 6th level, you learn to identify the distinctive hum of magical energy that is given off by spells and some sorts of creatures. You can expend a use of Bardic Inspiration to cast detect magic without concentration.
Additionally, as an action, you can play a long low note that no one else can hear. While spending up to one minute doing nothing but listening to its reverberations, you can detect the presence and general direction of aberrations, celestials, dragons, elementals, fey, fiends, and undead within 200ft of your location. For the next 10 minutes, you have advantage on Perception checks to perceive any creatures whose presence you have detected in this manner. The information you get from this feature is not specific enough to detect or target specific creatures. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you have completed a short rest.
Healing Harmony
At 14th level, you have learned to use your magic to bolster the vital energies of nearby allies. As a bonus action, you can expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration to roll and heal one creature within 60ft equal to the number rolled + your proficiency modifier. This feature cannot be used to heal undead or constructs.
