Base Class: Fighter
A love for the more physical aspects of combat leads the pugilist to focus on unarmed specialty's. Pulling from all four of the main pugilist fighting styles the swarmer, the boxer-puncher, the slugger, and the out- boxer to increase your power speed and accuracy. Like all fighters you can wade into combat armed to the teeth, but you excel while unarmored and unarmed.
Iron Chin and Fists of Stone
Your hardy constitution lets you shrug off blows that most can't and allows you to strike with blows harder than normal. You add your constitution modifier to your unarmored AC and the damage behind your unarmed strikes increases as you gain levels in this class due to your ability to withstand harder strikes. These increases happen at levels 7,10,and 15, in addition at 7th level your fists count as magical weapons for purposes of overcoming damage.
Swarmer
You are quick on your feet and with your hands. Your eagerness for action increases your unarmored movement speed by 10ft and you gain advantage on initiative rolls. In addition your speed training in boxing lets you take an unarmed strike as a bonus action whenever you take the attack action on your turn.
Dodge and Counter
When you focus on dodging in combat you still know how to look for an opening to hit back allowing you to use your reaction for an unarmed strike in melee. Your skill in dodging attacks also grants you proficiency in dexterity saving throws and half your proficiency in dexterity ability checks you don't already have proficiency in.
Stunning Critical
When you score a critical hit with an unarmed strike you can stun the target for one round if they fail a constitution save of 8 plus your proficiency bonus and strength modifier.
Bloody But Unbowed
When your foes strike you down your sheer endurance and will allows you to recover and strike back with ferocity if left standing. When you are reduced to 0 hit points, but not killed outright you can use your Second Wind feature as a reaction making that total your hit point total instead. In addition after using your Second Wind, your next attack that hits gains the benefits of a critical hit.
Powerhouse
Your training has increased your strength remarkably and it is beginning to show. You count as one size larger for purposes of carrying capacity and you have expertise in the athletics skill. In addition for the purposes of some feats and skills your unarmed strikes count as heavy weapons for them (example: Great Weapon Master).
Unbreakable Spirit
At 18th level, you attain the pinnacle of resilience in battle. At the start of each of your turns, you regain hit points equal to 5 + your Constitution modifier if you have no more than half of your hit points left. You don’t gain this benefit if you have 0 hit points.
