Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Thunder and fury atop their feral mounts, these warriors are rightly feared by those who encounter them. Whether riding warhorses, dire wolves, perytons or other beasts, they are a terror to behold. Many come from nomadic societies, and learned to ride as soon as they could sit in the saddle, forging tight bonds with their chosen mounts. Marauders strike fast and with relentless savagery, using their speed and audacity to surprise and strike down their foes.

Mounted Fury

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you gain the Find Steed spell, which you can cast as a Ritual spell . While mounted, your mount, if gained via the Find Steed spell, will obey your commands and gains the benefits of your Rage feature while you are Raging.

You also gain the Charger and Mounted Combatant feats. You gain the benefits of the Charger feat when your Mount uses its Dash action. At 12th level, you also gain the Find Greater Steed spell, which you can cast a Ritual spell.

Thundering Hooves

Beginning at 6th level, when you move at least 20 feet before making a weapon attack while mounted, your attack deals an extra die on damage. At 12th level, this increases to two extra dice, and at 17th level, three extra dice of damage.

Always By My Side

Beginning at 10th level, you can use your action to call your trusty mount. It appears at the beginning of your next turn, smashing through doors, walls, foes or other barriers. You can't use this ability if your steed is already present, but can use it even if the mount was previously killed. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you take a Long Rest.

Additionally, you gain Proficiency in Animal Handling. If you were already Proficient, double your Proficiency bonus instead.

Stampede

Starting at 14th level, you gain the ability to trample all those who defy you. Once per short rest, you may use your Action when Raging and Mounted to move your mount's speed in a straight line. You and your mount may make a single attack against all creatures that would fall within the reach of either at any point of the movement.
