As a general, you can inspire your troops. As they grow to trust in your expertise, they will follow nigh every command.

Inspiring Banner

At 3rd level, when you take this Fighter archetype, you create a banner with your insignia on it.

While this banner is in your hand, friendly creatures within 30 feet of you gain a Morale Boost as long as they can see the banner.

Creatures with a Morale Boost gain +1 to attacks, ability checks, and saving throws.

You count as a friendly creature when referenced by these abilities.

At 15th level, this range increases to 60 feet.

Inspiring Shout

As a reaction, when a friendly creature within your aura is targeted by an attack, you may give them a bonus to their AC equal to your Morale Bonus. They also gain 4d6 temporary Hit Points. The friendly creature must be able to hear you to gain these benefits, but does not have to see your banner.

Improved Morale Boost

Your Morale Boost increases to +4. As a Bonus Action, you may double that until the end of your next turn. You may do this a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1). You regain all expended uses at the end of a Long Rest.

At 15th level, your Morale Boost increases to +6, and then to +8 at 18th level.

Fearless Hope

All creatures within your banner's range are immune to Fear effects and can take an Action while Charmed or Paralyzed to end the condition.

Claim the Field

When you roll initiative, you may choose to take a -5 to your initiative roll and plant the banner in the ground. You may later use a Bonus Action to retrieve the banner or plant it again. While the banner is planted, its range doubles.

While within the banner's range, a friendly creature may forego their action to allow an ally of their choice within the banners range to take an additional action on their turn. this effect  may only happen to a creature once per turn. Creatures foregoing their action in this manner may still use their movement and bonus actions if available.
