A clarification on terminology:

Consuming A Hit Die: Your hit die act as consumable points, similar to the Monk or the Sorcerer. These recharge the same as Short Rests, with you only recharging half if you go below half.

Bloodletter Armor

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can activate your dormant Bloodletter Armor.

If you do so, for the duration of your rage you can make a single melee weapon attack as a bonus action on each of your turns after this one, and you gain a 1d6 unarmed attack.

During your rage, you cannot use weapons. When your rage ends, you suffer 1d10 necrotic damage. This cannot be halved or negated by anything.

Your unarmed damage increases by 1d6, and the damage you take increases by 1d10 at 7th level, 10th level, 14th level, and 17th level.

While you are in your Bloodletter Armor, you can consume a hit die to fortify yourself for one minute. You gain +2 AC and gain an extra 1d6 + Con hp every time you get a critical hit or an enemy dies around you. If you are at full health when you activate the health gain, you gain that much in temp Hit Points. When this is activated, you take 1d12 necrotic damage.

Hear The Blood

Starting at 6th Level, you can see the bloodflow of your enemies, allowing for mental advantage. You gain advantage on Insight, Persuasion, and Intimidation Checks.

In addition, you gain a climbing and swimming speed equal to double your movement speed.

Crimson Frenzy

Starting at 10th level, while you are in your Bloodletter Armor you can consume your hit die to make extra attacks.

As a bonus action, you can consume an amount of hit die up to your Constitution Modifier, and make that many attacks. For every attack you make you take 1d8 Necrotic Damage.

Iron Maiden

Starting at 14th level, when you make an opportunity attack, you can cause metal spikes to erupt from the ground, reducing the target's speed to 0, and causing the target to take 4d10 piercing damage.

When you kill an enemy with the Iron Maiden spikes, you can move up to half your speed.

You can make multiple opportunity attacks in one round.
