Pact of the Voice

This is a pact is not to a specific patron, but the eldrich abstraction of the universal multiversal voice of every living creature; Giving sway over ancient magics only spoken by those of the many.

Ancient Linguistics

Starting at 1st level, you are fluent in 2 extra languages, and you know the Thaumaturgy cantrip.

Universal Decree

Starting at 6th level, spells that require a creature to understand you are effective regardless rather if they understand you or not. Additionally, spells that require somatic but not verbal components can be cast with verbal components instead.

Verbose Boon

Starting at 10th level, you may take an action to impose advantage or disadvantage on a saving throw on one creature that can hear you. This feature can be used once per long rest.

Whisper-Weaving

Starting at 14th level, whenever a hostile creature ends their turn within 30 ft of you, they must roll a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, they take 2d6 psychic damage and have disadvantage on their next attack roll against you. This effect does not affect creatures that cannot hear you, or creatures that are immune to the charm condition.
