Base Class: Warlock
A deity that finds itself on the brink of death becomes stranded in the Astral Plane, which acts as the graveyard of gods. To prevent its demise, a god within the Astral Plane has clung to you in its final moments, promising you arcane abilities in exchange for your service. You act as the deity’s anchor to life, and so are granted features that enhance your survivability. As the deity continues to evade death, its powers gradually return while also intermingling with the properties of the Astral Plane, creating a unique conglomeration of magic. The more your patron's power continues to develop, the stronger you become as its chosen follower.
Deities that may create this sort of pact include Amaunator, Keeper of the Eternal Sun; Bane, the Lord of Darkness; Leira, the Lady of the Mists; Moander, the Darkbringer; and other beings presumed to have passed on.

Mote of Power
Starting at 1st level, you are granted a sliver of power from your patron as it attempts to cling to life. When you make a saving throw, you can use this feature to add a d4 to the roll. You can do so after seeing the initial roll but before any of the roll's effects occur. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short or long rest.
Astral Sense
Starting at 6th level, you have acquired the ability to open your senses beyond your natural capabilities. As a bonus action on your turn, you can activate your astral sense for 10 minutes or until you are incapacitated. While your astral sense is active, you gain the following benefits:
- You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks.
- You can't be surprised while you are conscious.
- You have blindsight with a range of 20 feet. Within that range, you can effectively see anything that isn't behind total cover, even if you're blinded or in darkness. Moreover, you can see an invisible creature within that range, unless the creature successfully hides from you.
Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Semicorporeal
Starting at 10th level, you have acquired a semicorporeal form due to the increasing power of your astral patron. You now have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage from non-magical attacks. In addition, you gain a bonus to Dexterity (Stealth) checks equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of 1), and you leave behind no tracks or other traces of your passage.
Renewed Potential
Starting at 14th level, you can channel the power of your fully renewed patron to surpass your previous limitations. Whenever you expend a spell slot to cast an Abjuration or Divination spell, roll a d20. On a 16-20, you regain one spell slot. On a 20, you also receive the following benefit: spectral wings sprout from your back for 1 hour that grant you a flying speed of 60 feet, and you gain 2d6 temporary hit points.
