you channel your inspiration and bardic charm through baking 

baked chaos

starting at 14th level,you can empower a hoard with your baking as a bonus action all creatures with your bardic inspiration die can expend their reaction to expend it and either roll it and regain that many hit points or move up to their speed without provoking opportunity attacks.

basic baking

starting at 3rd level, you learn the basics of baking.you gain proficiency in cooks untensils and when you take a  short rest you regain one use of inspiration if you succeed on a charisma check with cook untensils with a dc of 10+twice your proficiency bonus.

inspiring baking

starting at 3rd level as a bonus action on your turn you can expend a use of your bardic inspiration to create a small baked good you can pass the pastry to someone within reach without expending an action and someone with this baked good can eat it as a bonus action.when someone eats the baked good they gain your bardic inspiration die as if you had just your bardic inspiration on them 

in addition, while they have inspiration from this they can take a bonus action to expend the inspiration die and roll it gaining temp hp equal to twice the number rolled.when you take a long rest all your baked goods lose their magic charm and become regular sweets.

potent baking

starting at 6th level ,whenever a creature rolls your inspiration they can roll the inspiration die twice and take either result. in addition, while a creature has temp hit points from your inspiring baking feature they have a extra 5 ft  of movement and advantage on saving throws against effects that would cause them to be incapacitated as your baked goods cause hyperactivity.
