1st: Idetify, Tasha's Hideous Laughter.
3rd: Suggestion, Zone of Truth.
5th: Creat Food and Water, Fear.
7th: Banishment, Confusion.
9th: Mislead, Teleportation Circle.

the chance of success is lower by 10 percent per level higher then you casting level.

on a failed save, the creature is unable to cast any spells for 1 minute.
if the creature succeed it can cast an spell at 3th level as a reaction without expending a spell slot or material components.
