Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks of the Steel Fist learn to use their Ki to harden their bodies, enabling them to strike and destroy even the hardest of metals. They learn techniques to weaken and destroy metal, as well as give their own bodies the power and strength of metal.

Shattering Fist

Starting at 3rd level, you can channel Ki into your fists to destroy an opponent's metal armor or weapon. When you hit an unarmed strike against a creature who is wearing or wielding a nonmagical metal weapon or piece of armor, you can expend 1 Ki point to target one piece of said metal gear.

  • A nonmagical metal weapon suffers a permanent and cumulative -1 to damage rolls. If the penalty drops to -5, the weapon is destroyed.
  • A nonmagical piece of metal armor suffers a permanent and cumulative -1 to the AC it offers. The armor is destroyed if the penalty reduces its AC to 10.

Siege Fighter

Starting at 6th level, any unarmed strikes you make deal double damage to objects and structures.

Aspect of Steel

At 11th level, you gain the ability to steel your body and grant yourself the durability and strength of steel. As a bonus action, you can expend 3 Ki points to grant yourself resistance to bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage from nonmagical weapons for 1 minute. The state ends early if you are incapacitated or if you die.

Strikes of Adamantine

At 17th level, your Aspect of Steel form enhances your blows, allowing you to rain down attacks with unmatched fury.

While in your Aspect of Steel form, your unarmed attacks deal additional damage equal to your Martial Arts die. If you are attacking a Construct or a nonmagical object or structure, that additional damage is two rolls of your Martial Arts die
