Base Class: Cleric
This subclass is looking to be a tanky front line fighter made to freeze and shatter anyone who stands in the ways of the raw elemental force of winter.
Bonus Proficiencies + Bonus cantrip
You gain proficiency in heavy armor and martial weapons.
Creeping Frost
You can use your bonus action to cause a creature you can see to make a CON save. If they fail the creatures speed is halved and they have disadvantage on all physical checks and saving throws. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier ( minimum of 1). You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Channel Divinity: Winters Wrath
As an action, you can create a 30ft cone starting from yourself all creatures within the cone have to make a CON save or be frozen in place. Their speed becomes zero, they are unable to take actions or reactions, they are under the paralyzed condition, and they take 2d8 cold damage on a failed save and half that on a successful save. They may retry the saving throw every turn at the end of their turn. The channel divinity lasts for a minute.
Soul of the Arctic
Starting at 6th level, You gain resistance to cold damage. You also gain the ability for whenever you cast a spell dealing with ice you deal cold damage equal to your cleric level to enemies in a 10ft radius around you.
Divine strike
At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage to the target. When you reach 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.
Crown of Ice
Starting at 17th level, you can use your action to create an aura of pure winter around you. For 1 minute the area in a 30ft radius around you becomes difficult terrain, ranged attacks have disadvantage, and you can use your reaction to deal 2d8 cold damage to a target.
