Arcane Inspiration

If you give an ally bardic inspiration, they can expend the bardic inspiration die and add it to the damage of one spell attack they make within the next 10 minutes. You gain this ability at 3rd level.

Chaotic Disruption

If you see a creature within 60ft of you make a spell attack, you can, as a reaction, force the caster to re-roll their spell attack, ignoring the first number rolled. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses after you finish a short or long rest.

Word of chance

As a bonus action, you can expend a bardic inspiration die to point at a creature you can see within 60ft. Once you have chosen your target, you mutter words, demanding a fair and equal fight between you. The target must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the target you chose cannot roll with advantage or disadvantage on any attack, ability check or save, additionally, the target cannot add any ability modifiers to any attack, check or save. Lastly, all abilities, such as the lucky feat, that allow you to re roll any dice are nullified. Although, you also cannot roll with advantage or disadvantage on any attack roll you make against your target, and no modifiers may be added to any roll you make against your target. These effects last for 1 minute.  On a successful save, no effects are put on you or your target. You gain this ability at 6th level.

Improved Chaotic Disruption

At 14th level, your chaotic disruption is improved. Now, as a bonus action, you can point at any creature that is currently concentrating on a spell within 60ft. You fire a small bolt of your chaotic arcane energy at your target, the target must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a fail, the target loses their concentration on the spell. On a success, the target keeps their concentration on the spell. This expends a use of chaotic disruption.

Augmented spell

When you make a spell attack, as a bonus action, you can let your chaotic arcane powers augment the spell to create varying effects. Roll a D8 and refer to the table to see the effects added to the spell.

the following effect is added to the spell depending on what number you rolled on the D8:

  1. The target must make a wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the start of your next turn.
  2. The spell does 2D6 more damage.
  3. The spell's damage is changed to one of the following of your choice: fire, acid, cold, force, lighting, thunder or psychic. The spell's damage can be changed to any of these as long as you do not choose a type that is the same as the spell's base damage type.
  4. The spell does 2D8 more damage
  5. The spell bypasses any magic or damage type resistances. (this effect does not bypass any immunities)
  6.  The spell does 2D10 more damage
  7.  As a reaction, you can cast a cantrip, as long as the cantrip is an attacking cantrip and it is targeted at the creature you originally hit with the spell. If the spell you cast hit multiple targets, you can target one of the creatures the spell originally hit.
  8. The spell does 2D12 more damage

Any effects that double up, for example,  if you rolled a 1 but the spell already forces the target to make a wisdom saving throw or be charmed, then you ignore the effect labeled on the table above.  Additionally, you may choose to use this ability after you have already rolled the spell attack roll. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain all expended uses after you finish a long or short rest. You gain this ability at 14th level.
