Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

The power of Ice is the furious forces,  the sheer freezing temperature, and relentless winter. The cold is dangerous to those unprepared, those who venture out not ready for what the cold has in store for them.  The ice-cold touch of death follows winter where ever it goes and the frozen waste that is left behind makes it impossible for any life to regrow. It covers mountains and freezes lakes, the cold is a power controlled by few but feared by many.

These cold-infused barbarians walk the Path of Ice.  Those gifted by the Ice Queen follow this path, eager to utilise the powers only she can control.

Ice Queens Touch

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can channel Ice Queens Touch into your weapon strikes. While you’re raging, the first creature you hit on each of your turns with a weapon attack takes extra damage equal to 1d6 + half your barbarian level. The extra damage is cold.

Cold

The extra damage you deal with Ice Queens Touch is cold.

Winter Warrior

At 3rd level, you can endure the harsh cold unlike most others. You gain resistance to cold damage. Additionally difficult terrain doesn’t slow you down and you can move stealthily at a normal pace in the snow.

Ice Queens Blessing

Starting at 6th level, the Ice Queens Blessing protects you. When you rage a protective magical force surrounds you, manifesting as a spectral frost that covers you and your gear. You gain temporary hit points equal to two times your Barbarian level for the duration. If a creature hits you with a melee attack while you have these hit points, the creature takes cold damage equal to your Barbarian level.

When your rage ends or if you choose to end it early you lose the temporary hit points.

Winter’s Howl

At 10th level, you learn to channel the Ice Queens wraith to fill others with courage and fortify their body. As a bonus action, you unleash a howl infused with the Ice Queens power. Up to ten other creatures of your choice within 60 feet of you that can hear you gain advantage on attack rolls until the start of Your next turn. Additionally, they gain temporary hit points equal to your Barbarian level.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.

Remorseless Winter

Beginning at 14th level, You can unleash the powers.of the Ice Queen upon your foes.

As an action you can channel the Ice Queen’s power to create a thick Blizzard that surrounds you and heavily obscures the area for 20 feet in all directions, following you as you move. You and all creatures within 5 feet of you instead treat this blizzard as lightly obscured. Any creature within the blizzard has it’s speed is halved, and when the creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Consitution saving throw against your Barbarian level + Consitution modifier. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d8 Cold. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage.

This blizzard lasts for 10 minutes, spreads around corners and cannot be dispersed
