Base Class: Monk
Whether you are a dhampir, a vampire thrall, or someone otherwise afflicted, you somehow have vampire blood flowing through your veins. As a student of the Way of Blood you have learned how to manipulate your chi to empower this blood, and enhance the abilities it brings you.
Vampiric Allure
3rd-level Way of Blood feature
Your vampiric qualities give you a supernatural charm. As a result, whenever you make a Charisma check, you gain a bonus to the check equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of +1).
In addition, you gain proficiency in one of the following skills of your choice: Deception, Intimidation, or Persuasion. Additionally, you gain proficiency with the Stealth skill.
Blood Potency
3rd-level Way of Blood feature
You use your ki to charge up your blood and muscles to deliver blows with greater force than any mortal. When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can spend 1 ki point to deal extra damage equal to one roll of your Martial Arts die + your Wisdom modifier. You can use this feature only once per turn.
Cold Hearted
6th-level Way of Blood feature
Your mind turns calm and your blood cold, making you harder to affect with mind-influencing magic. You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened. You also no longer need to breathe.
In addition, your mastery of chi now let you empower your blood to replicate some of the vampiric magic abilities. You can spend 2 ki points to cast misty step, spider climb, or suggestion, without providing material components.
Flurry of Shadows and Blood
11th-level Way of Blood feature
Whenever you use Patient Defense in combat, you can spend one Hit Die to heal yourself. Roll the die, add your Constitution modifier, and regain a number of hit points equal to the total (minimum of 1).
In addition, when you make an unarmed strike with Flurry of Blows, you can use Blood Potency with that strike without spending the ki point for Blood Potency. You can still use Blood Potency only once per turn.
Eternal Existence
17th-level Way of Blood feature
When you are reduced to 0 hit points, you can expend 1 ki point (no action required) to have 1 hit point instead. When you do so you also turn into mist, and can immediately move up to your movement speed. This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity.
You can do so a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
