Base Class: Monk
Whilst some dedicate their life to the deadly arts, these monks have mastered non-lethal methods of neutralising their enemies.
Knowledge of sensitive points of the body, tickle monks can render opponents completely helpless without needing to resort to violence. An experienced acolyte can stun multiple enemies in an extended radius whilst also aiding allies by shocking them back to reality.
Tickling strike
A tickle monk can use fast, accurate movements against opponents weak spots, causing them to laugh uncontrollably.
When you reach level 3, you gain the ability to stun your enemies instead of damaging them. When you hit with an unarmed attack, you can spend a ki point and deal no damage to force the target to roll a Wisdom save DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your wisdom modifier. On a fail, they fall prone and are incapacitated for 1 minute or until you move out of range.
Whilst tickling a creature, you can move freely without ending the tickle as long as the target never leaves your melee range. Whilst tickling your opponent, one of your hands remains occupied.
Friendly Distraction
Shake a willing creature within range out of a stupor or cause them to writhe out of restraints by tickling them. This will grant an additional opportunity to make a saving throw
As an action, you can spend a ki point to tickle a non-hostile creature that is under a condition such as charmed, frightened, paralysed, restrained, grappled, stunned or unconscious, but not incapacitated. The creature may immediately roll a save or ability check against any one of the conditions effecting it.
If the condition was caused by a magical effect, spell or ability the target may roll the relevant save against the original DC. If the target is grappled or restrained by another creature, they may roll an ability contest against the grappler as if they had used their action to attempt to escape.
Extended tickle range
At 11th level, you gain the ability to craft a feather duster and become proficient in their use. A feather duster is a special monk weapon with the Light and Reach attributes. A feather duster may only be used by a tickle monk to perform a tickle attack on a target up to 10 feet away.
Zone of laughter
At 17th level, you can deliver tickling strikes so quickly and accurately that you can easily tickle multiple targets with each hand.
Tickling an opponent no longer prevents the use of one hand for anything else, allowing any number of targets within range to be stunned without preventing you from taking other actions with that hand.
