Base Class: Wizard
When you pick the class your insight becomes a weapon you can tell when a creature is about to attack just by looking at them and respond accordingly. When that creature deals damage to you or teammates your reflexes kick in and you cast a spell at the creature who attacked. You then make your self vulnerable to certain things like opportunity attacks and concentration saving throws you also spend double spell slots because of the force of you casting a second spell within less then 6 seconds of each other. At later levels you have the power to cast up to 7th level spells as a reaction you also will gain the ability to cast up to three spells within less than 6 seconds of each other. The spells you cast will be so unpredictable and fast your opponents wont see it coming and will have disadvantage on a certain saving throw. At the end of the day you will become a caster that creatures all around you can only dream of and be capable of much more you are the Reaction Caster Wizard.
Reaction Casting
At 2nd level you can cast non concentration, non bonus action and non cantrip spells as an reaction. This feature also makes you have disadvantage on concentration saving throws when you use it until your next turn. You spend double the amount of spell slots to cast the spell as a reaction and can only cast the spell if there is at least two spell slots available for the level of spell you cast. You can only cast up to 7th level spells as a reaction and you provoke opportunity attacks to creatures within 5ft of you when you cast something as an reaction. You must aim at the creature who attacked you or a teammate you could also aim it at the teammate that was hit or yourself if you were hit. If its an AOE spell you aim in its general vicinity. You can only cast reaction spells at creatures you can see and you may only cast the spell using your reaction if you or a teammate within 30ft of you is attacked this turn. You also roll a d12 if you roll a 1 you gain one level of exhaustion and the spell does not cast you still spend the spell slots for that spell and if you roll a 8-12 you can spend one spell slot to cast the spell as a reaction.(This does not work with opportunity or sneak attacks. You cast the spell after the creature deals damage to you or a teammate.)
Extra Reaction
At 6th level you gain another reaction.(When you use this extra reaction you gain one level of exhaustion unless you pass a DC 14 con save.)
Wizards Intellect
At 6th level you can cast cantrips as a reaction. If you cast a cantrip as a reaction rolling a 8-12 does nothing but a 1 doesn't give you exhaustion but you just fail to cast the spell.(They still have to be non concentration spells.(Cantrips you cast as a reaction don't cause creatures to gain opportunity attacks or a lack of concentration.)
Frantic Solution
At 14th level when you are about to be knocked out you can use your reaction and use all spell slots for the next reaction spell you cast to deal max damage/max healing you don't need to aim at the creature who attacked you. If you heal your self you suffer from the affects of the slow spell until you finish a long rest. You also roll a d4 if you roll a 1 the spell targets a random creature on the battle field which does include team members and yourself. If its an AOE spell it goes in it's general vicinity.(This does not work if you don't have at least two spell slots of the right level to cast that spell and you do not roll a d12 for this ability.)
Unworldly Insight
At 2nd level you gain an expertise in insight and gain the spell detect thoughts which you can cast for free once a day without it needing to be prepared.
Fast Spells
At 10th level when you cast a spell as a reaction and the creature or creatures have to make a dexterity saving through they make that saving through with disadvantage.(This includes AOE spells)
