Base Class: Sorcerer
You are not merely a symbiote with the Weave as most casters are, but a creature made almost entirely of the weave. This gives you more potent arcane power, but not the uncontrollable kind Wild Magic Sorcerers are cursed with.
Arcane Recovery: At 1st level, you have learned to regain some of your magical energy by meditating, and drawing your strength from the weave while you rest. Once per day when you finish a short rest, you can choose expended spell slots to recover. The spell slots can have a combined level that is equal to or less than half your sorcerer level (rounded up), and none of the slots can be 6th level or higher. For example, if you're a 4th-level sorcerer, you can recover up to two levels worth of spell slots. You can recover either a 2nd-level spell slot or two 1st-level spell slots.
Weave Incarnate: Additionally at 1st level, you can choose from the Wizard spell list or the Sorcerer spell list whenever you choose spells as a Sorcerer.
Weave Rift: Starting at 6th level, you gain the ability to bend the weave with ease. You can cast Misty Step without components a number of times per day equal to your Charisma modifier. If a creature is standing within 5 feet of you when you teleport using Misty Step, that creature is teleported 60 feet in a random direction (excluding up), as determined by the DM/GM. You regain all expended uses of this feature after taking a long rest.
Weave Mastery: At 14th level, you have achieved such mastery over the Weave that you can cast certain spells at will. Choose a 1st-level spell and a 2nd level spell that you have prepared. You can cast those spells at their lowest level without expending a spell slot. If you want to cast either spell at a higher level, you must expend a spell slot as normal.
Signature Spells: At 18th level, you gain mastery over two powerful spells and can cast them with little effort. Choose two 3rd level spells you know as your signature spells. You can cast each of them once at 3rd level without expending a spell slot. When you do so, you can't do so again until you finish a short or long rest. If you want to cast either spell at a higher level, you must expend a spell slot as normal.
