Burned Soul

You have been embraced by element of fire, and in turn you have absorbed it into your self. You may glow with a faint light, or you may always smell of smoke. Whatever the way it shows, it's obvious to all that see you that you are an inferno made mortal.

Fiery Spells

1st-level Burned Soul feature

You learn additional spells when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown on the Fiery Spells table. Each of these spells counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn’t count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.

Whenever you gain a sorcerer level, you can replace one spell you gained from this feature with another spell of the same level.

Inner Fire

1st-level Burned Soul feature

The fires that burn around you are nothing to the fires that burn within you. This inner fire also protects you from the cold. You gain resistance to fire and cold damage. You can also touch a small flammable object to ignite it as an action.

Scorching Flames

6th-level Burned Soul feature

Your fire spells burn even hotter. You add your Charisma modifier to spells you cast that deal fire damage, and spells you cast that deal fire damage ignore fire resistance.

Incinerating Flames

14th-level Burned Soul feature

You power over flames protects you from their touch while burning through the protections of others. You gain immunity to fire, and your spells that deal fire damage treat fire immunity as fire resistance.

Unleash the Inferno

18th-level Burned Soul feature

As an action, you can unleash an explosion of fire in a 40 ft. radius around yourself. It deals 20d6 fire damage, ignores fire resistance, and treats fire immunity as fire resistance. Targets in range who succeed a dexterity save versus you spell save DC take half damage.

Once you use this feature you can't do so again until you finish a long rest.
