those who join the college of hard rock revel in the violent, loud force of hard rock, learning to use this force to unleash extreme madness and rock out over the world. whilst seen by most of the world as mindless, savage musicians who desire to consume everything with their primitive sound, those in the college of hard rock know that they only live to rave.

air guitar

when you join this college at level three, you learn to channel your magic so you can use it like an instrument. when you use a spell on your turn in combat, you can use a bonus action to create a chord of energy across the terrain. anyone in the chord's 10 foot radius takes 1d6 sound damage.

rocking defence

at level 6, you gain resistance to sound damage, and you have advantage on saving throws against magic affects caused by sound. your rocking power has made you invulnerable to the affects of other sound.

raving control

at level 14, the power of your sound peaks. when you use power chord, you can choose two creatures in the chord's radius. they become ravers,retaining their stat blocks but now mindlessly rocking out. they are controlled by the dm.

rock power

also at level 3, the spell save dc for spells you cast with a musical instrument as your arcane focus is doubled. the power of rock strengthens your magic
