Base Class: Bard
Bards who belong to the College of Culinary Arts are either the top chefs renowned for their expertise and fine dining, or they are a kitchen hand inspired to be one of said top chefs. These Bards tend to create friendships and resolve conflicts through their cooking, knowing what food combinations work well together to not only bring the best out of both dishes but to also amaze those eating their food.
Skills of a Chef
When you join the College of Culinary Arts at level 3 you gain proficiency in Cooks Utensils and Slight of Hand
You also have Advantage when making a Wisdom (Perception) when it involves taste you can identify food when it is fresh and ready to cook
Just a hint of Magic
When people eat your food they taste the truest intent behind it, your skills as a chef, with just a hint of magic.
At the 3rd level you are able to use bardic inspiration to imbue your food with magical properties the time it takes to cook the food is up to the DM's discretion, once eaten by a character or NPC they will heal for one inspiration die + your charisma modifier. The amount of meals you can imbue with magical properties equal half of your bard level rounded down. You can also choose to use a spell slot to add another die to your food for healing, E.g. lvl 1 spell slot will give you one extra die where a lvl 2 spell slot will give you two extra dice etc. If you have means to store this meal it can continue to grant its benefits for up to 1d3 days after its preparation before it needs to be either eaten or thrown out, if eaten after it's gone bad they will need to make a constitution saving throw against your spell DC on a failed save they take damage equal to what they would've healed or half as much on a successful save.
If you can't hand the heat
As a chef you know what it's like in a kitchen, hits hot, other chefs are angry and intimidating and frankly sometimes all you want to do is get out.
Starting at the 6th level you can expend a use of bardic inspiration as an action and summon a 20ft radius sphere centred around you. Any creature starting it's turn in the sphere takes equal to 4 bardic inspiration dice worth of fire damage, they will also need to make a wisdom saving throw or be frightened.
Summone Per Culinam
A chef isn't a chef without his or her kitchen, where the aroma of the food you cook leaks out onto the dining room floor to enchant those who may not have ordered.
Starting at 14th level you can expend a use of bardic inspiration, as an action you touch a surface that is big enough for a door that you can fit into (This is up to the DM's discretion). Once you touch the door what you find inside is a pocket dimension fully decked out to be the kitchen of your dreams, this kitchen does not come with ingredients or tools, you will need to supply those things yourself. In this kitchen dimension all food you cook is reduced to half the time needed, and when cooking food the aromas will leak out from the kitchen onto the battlefield. Any allies who are within 60ft of you gain inspiration and any enemy must make a wisdom saving throw or be charmed by the smell of your food. You can expend another bardic inspiration dice on your turn to inspire your allies once again. This pocket dimension lasts up until you close it, and you can close it as an action on your turn forcibly ejecting any creature within it, however if you were to leave anything in this kitchen when you close it they will be in the same place for when you open it back up, any food or fire left on will be hot or still cooking when you come back.
This pocket dimension can only hold 2 creatures inside of it, the 2 inside does not need to be you however you will have full priority and thus having the ability to forcibly eject one creature out of the kitchen.
The door has an AC of 18 + your charisma modifier and 25 HP. If the doorway is hit down to 0hp you will be forcibly ejected taking half the damage of the last hit and being knocked prone.
