A monastic lifestyle that takes a different approach, these monks would rather use manipulation and sweet talking to take out an opponent. Descending from those who learnt to reach out through ki and understand through ki rather than using there ki to predict an attack that may come at them. They may also use their charisma to distract a person enough to allow them to dodge out the way.

These monks are known to work alongside with bards or even become one due to their charismatic nature. On top that these people have a more loose code than the other monks, the only code to follow is the heart.

Guided by the Heart

At level 3 the monk can use their charisma modifier rather than their wisdom for checks, AC and anything involving Ki. On top of that the monk can use vicious mockery instead of an unarmed strike for their flurry of blows which when done so uses their ki save dc.

Heartfelt Guide

This allows the monk  at 6th level to use a ki point for as a bonus action give the help action and if done so the person gains a bonus equal to the monks charisma(Minimum of 1). A top that they gain proficiency with persuasion and charisma saves but if they already have this they gain expertise. 

When the monk gains the diamond soul feature they get expertise with their charisma saves.

Flirt with the Soul

This makes it so at 11th level when the monk hits with an unarmed strike they can spend 1 ki point and force a charisma save and on a fail the target takes three sets of their current martial arts die of psychic damage and are also charmed for 1 minute and allowing them to repeat the save when you hit them. If they succeed they are not charmed and take half damage.

Charismatic blows

This makes it so that at 17th level at the end of your turn if the you have used their Flirt with the Soul feature you can use up to 12 ki points and make an additional attack equal to a third of the points spent. And on top of this if the target of one of these attacks are charmed by you the target will be forced to make a charisma save or gain a change of heart making them side more towards the monk while also losing the charmed condition. If they succeed they lose the charmed condition and can retaliate with an attack action with only melee attacks against you.

The attacks done by this feature can not benefit from Flirt with the Soul.
